Modern Shaker Homes house kits are available in one-, two-, and three-bedroom plans, ranging from 400sf to 1800+sf. They have been designed to maximize the efficiency of the square footage, the volume of the living areas, and the directions of light exposure and views, within a symmetrical and historically-inspired elevation.

Custom Plans

While there are certain height and width constraints within the Modern Shaker building system, keeping it affordable and easy to build, there is a lot of flexibility to design for specific needs and desires within the system.
