Once you choose a house design and we ensure that your project is viable, we send you a contract with the kit price, and you submit a deposit. 

We finalize your house design together, then you receive stamped plans to submit for permits.

Once building is ready to begin, you submit the remainder of the contract price, and your kit and instructions will be delivered when you're ready to receive them.
