The House Kit

Modern Shaker Homes's house kits are specially sized to be constructed by two novice carpenters with minimal tools and equipment. Yet its strong, interlocking, timber frame-style system exceeds the strength and durability of today's stick-built homes. And its energy-efficient, well-insulated design provides comfortable temperatures while slashing utility bills.
