A Few Details
Our referral program is open to everyone! To qualify, please introduce us to someone who hasn't already been in contact with Modern Shaker Homes, so we can record the referral before they begin working with us. If more than one person refers the same buyer, the reward goes to the person who made the first documented introduction.
Referral rewards range from $1,000 to $4,000, depending on the price of the kit home purchased, and are paid within 14 days after we receive the buyer's final payment. One referral reward or promotional Builder's Credit is available per kit home purchase; offers cannot be combined.
For our Spring 2027 building campaign, buyers can choose to apply the equivalent referral reward toward their own qualifying kit home purchase instead.
Real estate professionals are welcome to participate, subject to applicable laws and brokerage requirements.
